The Ministry of Defense issued a message

The statement of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that allegedly on August 18, at around 23:50, the units of the RA Armed Forces opened fire in the direction of the Azerbaijani positions located in the eastern part of the border zone, does not correspond to reality.

Let's remind that the staff of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia proposed to create a joint Armenia-Azerbaijan mechanism for investigating cases of ceasefire violations and/or information about them.
