Nikol Pashinyan appointed deputy minister

Ara Mkrtchyan was appointed Deputy Minister of Environment. The decision was signed by Nikol Pashinyan.

"Guided by Article 9, Part 1 of the Law on Public Service, Ara Mkrtchyan was appointed Deputy Minister of the Environment," the decision states.
