Public figure Vahagn Chakhalyan was detained for holding the STOP_NIKOL action. He announced this through his Facebook Live.

He and several other citizens tried to write STOP_NIKOL with paint on the Tbilisi highway, which the police did not allow and they took him to the Arabkir police station.

"I was trying to write: Nikol, stop, and finally that person should stop. "We are talking about handing over Voskepar and we must do everything to stop him," he said.

Chakhalyan voluntarily went to the police department.
