"For peace, first of all, the constitution of Armenia should be changed." Aliev

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev spoke again about the "necessity" of changing the Armenian constitution at the meeting with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz yesterday in Great Britain.

"In order to achieve peace, first of all, it is necessary to change the provisions in the Armenian constitution containing demands against the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, which imply the accession of the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan to Armenia," Aliyev said.
